Financial Instrument Evaluation Analyst
He evaluates public policies, specifically the analysis of financial instruments of the Central Government and Autonomous Regions.
Alberto holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management (BA & MBA) from ESADE and a CEMS Master’s Degree in International Management. He joined the Higher Body of State Commercial Technicians and Economists in 2010. Before joining AIReF in 2022, he was Chief Advisor at the Economic and Commercial Office of the Spanish Embassy in Sweden (2018-2022), Assistant SubdirectorGeneral of the Subdirectorate-General of Financial Promotion of Internationalisation at the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism (2015-2018) and an adviser at the Subdirectorate-General of Economics and International Financing of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (2012-2015).
