Recommendations
Throughout the year, AIReF issues recommendations in its reports addressed to the General Government. These recommendations are governed by the comply or explain principle. In other words, the General Government must comply with them or, if they do not, they must explain why they deviate from the recommendation. The General Government has one month to respond.
AIReF publishes in the recommendations observatory all the recommendations made to the General Government and the responses provided by them. AIReF also publishes a quarterly follow-up note on the recommendations issued and the responses received from the General Government.
Ruling 14/15 on the Calendar for requesting and receiving information to issue reports and follow-up on recommendations for 2015 states that at the end of each quarter the follow-up on the recommendations made up until the start of that quarter will be published. Information Notes
