The protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data is a fundamental right enshrined in Article 18.4 of the Spanish Constitution.
As a result of the new regulation on data protection contained in the Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and in Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, AIReF is adopting the necessary measures to protect the personal data whose processing it is responsible for and to guarantee the exercise of the rights of data subjects.
