Evaluation of Health Policies Analyst
Antonio analyses health policy evaluations. He has undertaken the evaluation of Hospital Spending by the National Health System: Pharmacy and Investment in High-Technology Equipment, and the evaluation of hospital and non-hospital pharmaceutical spending by several Autonomous Regions.
Antonio holds a bachelor’s degree in Economic and Business Science from the University of Seville and a Master’s Degree in Public Audits from the Institute of Public Finance Studies of Andalusia and a Master’s Degree in Financial Management from ESIC. He is a statutory staff member on leave of absence from the Health Service of Andalusia, in the category of Administrative Technician. Before joining AIReF, he was the Director of the Management of the Health Logistics Platform of the Health Service of Andalusia in the province of Huelva between 2010 and 2019, the Assistant Director for Economic Administration and General Services at the Hospital Infanta Elena (HIE) of the Health Service of Andalusia, Head of Section of the Department of Economic Management and Logistics of the HIE of the Health Service of Andalusia and Administrative Technician in the Economic Management Department of the HIE of Huelva.
