The Independent Authority for Fiscal Responsibility (AIReF) endorses the forecasts accompanying the 2024 draft budgets of the Valencian Region, which present estimates in volume terms for the period 2023-2025 and employment for the period 2023-2024.
The Comunitat Valenciana estimates GDP growth in volume terms of 1.9% in 2024. This forecast coincides with AIReF’s central estimate and is contained in the range of forecasts made by other agencies for the autonomous community, although some of them do not yet include the recent revisions to the National Accounts.
