Secretary
Ana Isabel performs work in the Secretariat of the Presidency and provides support to the President’s Office. She works alongside the Head of President’s Office in the preparation of documents for meetings and signature, mail management, filing and agenda, answering phone calls and processing of documentation in English.
She joined the Auxiliary General Service of the Central State Administration in 1989. She has worked for the General Intervention Board of the State Administration (IGAE), performing administrative work, where she also held the position of Secretary to the Advisory Member, Secretary to the Subdirector-General at the General Secretariat of Regional and Local Coordination at the Ministry of Finance and, most recently, as the Secretary of the Budget Analysis Division at AIReF.
