Luis carries out support functions for the Management in the area of human resources management and development.
Luis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History from the Complutense University of Madrid. He is a civil servant in the General Administrative Service of the State Administration. From 1986 to 2007, he worked on the processing and monitoring of administrative files related to international taxation at the AEAT; subsequently, from 2007 to 2018, he carried out human resources management functions at the Directorate-General for the Coordination of the Provincial State Administration; from 2018, he performed monitoring and supervision functions of the financial circuit in territorial cooperation projects at the Directorate-General for European Funds.
