The Independent Authority for Fiscal Responsibility (AIReF) publishes the Report on the Basic Budget Lines 2022 of the Community of Castilla y León, in which it forecasts a deficit of 0.5% of GDP in 2022, lower than the indicated reference rate for the subsector of the Autonomous Communities (CCAA).
In addition, AIReF improves the outlook for 2021, forecasting a deficit of 0.4% of GDP, lower than the reference rate indicated for the subsector and that forecast in the regional lines, which contemplate a deficit of 0.7% of GDP for that year. The fundamental improvement is concentrated in income, in part due to the definitive distribution of the Extraordinary Fund for deficit published by Royal Decree 684/2021 of August 4, based on population criteria, which represented an additional 2 tenths of GDP over the initially estimated figure.
