The Independent Authority for Fiscal Responsibility (AIReF) publishes the Report on the Basic Budget Lines 2022 of Castilla-La Mancha, in which it forecasts a deficit of 0.7% of GDP in 2022, higher than the reference rate indicated for the subsector of the Autonomous Communities (CCAA).
In addition, AIReF improves the outlook for 2021, forecasting a deficit of 0.8% of GDP, more optimistic than the regional estimates. The fundamental improvement is concentrated in income, due to the final distribution of the Extraordinary Deficit Fund, which has meant an additional 3 tenths of GDP over the figure initially estimated by AIReF and the community, and the review of tax resources and resources from European funds.
