Responsible for the Evaluation of Public Policies
Ph.D. at the London School of Economics, master’s in economics at University College London, Diploma in Advanced Studies at the University of Zaragoza and Bachelor of Economics at the University of Extremadura. Since 2009 he is a Senior Economist of the Bank of Spain, has been adjunct professor of university in the Department of Economic Analysis Foundations of the University College of Financial Studies and of the University of Zaragoza, economist of the Bank of England in the years 2015 and 2016, affiliated researcher of FEDEA and junior economist of the project of the European Commission AGMEMOD between 2001 and 2004. His areas of academic interest, in which he has various publications in international journals, are microeconomic evaluation of public policies, fiscal microsimulation, inequality, consumer behaviour and the financial situation of families.
