Graduate in Business Administration and Management and Sociology, and Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) in Public Economics. Member of the Higher Body of Actuaries, Statisticians and Economists of the Social Security Administration. He was previously Deputy Director General for Budgeting, Economic Studies and Statistics and before that Deputy Director of Payments and Management of the Reserve Fund in the General Treasury of the Social Security and previously he was Area Manager of Economic Studies and Short-Term Analysis in the same institution.
