Education Policy Evaluation Analyst
Luis performs the analysis of the evaluation of education policies, evaluating the field of scholarship, research aid and university policies in various Autonomous Regions.
Luis holds a bachelor’s degree in Statistical Science and Techniques from the University of Valencia, and a master’s degree in Applied Statistics and Public Sector Statistics, organised by the International Centre for Financial Training (CIFF) and the University of Alcalá de Henares, and a master’s degree in Public Policy Evaluation from the University of Seville. He joined the High Service of State Statisticians in 2008. From 2008 to 2015, he developed his work at the National Statistics Institute. In 2015, he joined the Public Policy and Service Quality Evaluation Agency (AEVAL) as Principal Evaluator. He has also been an associate professor in the Department of Statistics at the Carlos III University of Madrid since 2011.
