José Luis Escrivá, in his capacity as President of the Network of EU Independent Fiscal Institutions, was invited to give an address today at the European Parliament, in the plenary session of the Inter-parliamentary Conference on Stability, Economic Coordination and Governance in the European Union, on “The Fiscal Compact as part of national economic policy-making”.
