The Government of Aragon adopted an agreement at its meeting of March 11, 2020, whereby it requested AIReF to carry out a study of public spending in Aragon (Spending Review) in certain areas of special interest for the autonomous community, at the proposal of the Minister of Finance and Public Administration, and after deliberation. The action plan was approved on November 25, 2020.
This is the study on budgetary and personnel policy in non-university education in Aragon. It analyzes in a first block the budgetary and personnel policy of the Department of Education, Culture and Sport of the Government of Aragon in relation to the existence of systematic deviations since 2013 in the budgetary execution of non-university education programs. In addition, a second block evaluates the current teacher training model after its redesign in 2012. its redesign in 2012, given its importance in the quality of teaching.
