AIReF publishes the Study on Regional Public Companies and Foundations of Cantabria. This study was requested by the Government of Cantabria with the aim of avoiding duplicities and reducing the costs of the regional public structure.
The analysis shows that there is a wide diversity of associated activities, mainly gathered in five sectors: Health and Welfare, Environment, Culture and Tourism, Financing and Regional Development and Foreign Projects. Additionally, the entities are classified according to their orientation or type of activity: Public Service, Commercial Orientation, Asset Management, International Relations and, finally, Training and R&D&I.
