On December 21, 2020, the Independent Authority for Fiscal Responsibility, AAI (AIReF) received a request from the City Council of Sant Feliu de Llobregat to carry out a “Study for the assessment of the consequences, in the economic field, of the early termination of the concession contract for the operation of the Municipal Swimming Pool Complex of Sant Feliu de Llobregat.
This study presents the analysis of the macro-financial implications for the City Council of the termination of the contract and the conclusions of this study. According to the analysis carried out, the termination of the concession by the City Council does not jeopardize the stability situation of the City Council as it maintains a healthy fiscal position.
