This report assesses the macroeconomic forecasts that accompany the 2019 draft budget of the Autonomous Community of Navarre, as they are forecasts that differ from those of the Spanish economy as a whole.
GDP and Employment forecasts are evaluated, analyzing the presence of biases. As a result of its analysis, AIReF endorses as probable the macroeconomic forecasts for 2019 for the Autonomous Community of Navarra, as there are no upward biases.
