This report assesses the macroeconomic forecasts accompanying the 2019 draft budget of the Community of Madrid, as they are forecasts differentiated from those of the Spanish economy as a whole.
GDP and Employment forecasts are evaluated, analyzing the presence of biases. As a result of its analysis, AIReF endorses as probable the macroeconomic forecasts for 2019 for the Community of Madrid, as there are no upward biases.
