Deputy Director of Institutional Analysis
Domingo coordinates public policy evaluation projects and their institutional dialogue, supervising their design and implementation through to their ultimate findings and proposals.
Domingo holds a PhD in Economics and is a Tenured Professor at the University of Zaragoza in the field of the Foundations of Economic Analysis, where he has taught Microeconomics and the Location of Economic Activity. His research career has focused on the fields of the economics of education, economic geography, and regional and urban economics. He has published the results of his research in various national and international journals. From July 2015 to September 2019, he held the position of Head of Office at the Department of Economic Affairs, Industry and Employment of the Regional Government of Aragon.
