Rosa collaborates in the analysis of the economic-financial situation of Local Governments, and in performing specific work in gathering information and studying applicable regulations.
Rosa holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Zaragoza. She belongs to the High Service of State Comptrollers and Auditors of the Social Security Administration. She has held the position of Assistant Subdirector-General of Financial Control and Auditing at the Comptroller-General Office of the Social Security, where she has held different positions in the field of controlling spending and public audits. At the Regional Government of Madrid, she firstly held the position of Delegate Head Comptroller, was subsequently the Subdirector-General of Coordination and acted as a technical adviser in different positions related to budgetary execution and monitoring.
