Head of Project Management, Contracts and Agreements
María manages the portfolio of evaluations of the Public Spending Evaluation Division, along with the drafting of contracts and agreements to be executed.
María holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a master’s degree in the Methodology of Research in Social Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science. In 2020, she joined the High Service of State Civil Administrators (CSACE). She worked in the field of public procurement at the Ministry of Justice and was a Technical Advisor and Head of the Procurement Department, holding the position of Secretary of the Procurement Board at the Ministry of Justice.
