Head of Secretaries Office
Rosa performs secretarial work for the President and Head of President’s Office, manages their agendas and correspondence, coordinates meetings, attention to protocol, coordinates the organisation of national and international seminars, deals with correspondence and phone calls in English, coordinates administrative staff (secretaries, drivers, and subordinates) and provides support to the Steering Committee.
Rosa joined the Administrative Service of the Central State Administration under competitive exam in 1986 and became a civil servant in 2005. Her positions have included the Head of Office, Advisor and Head of Secretaries Office at the Department of Economic Affairs and Finance of the Regional Government of Madrid, Head of Secretaries Office at the General Secretariat of Regional and Local Coordination at the Ministry of Finance and Head of Secretaries for the Director of Coordination with Autonomous Regions and Local Governments.
