Analyst at President’s Office
He models and monitors the execution of the Transformation, Recovery and Resilience Plan, coordinates document and monitors current affairs within the fiscal framework and provides support work to the President of AIReF and its divisions in their activity.
Guillermo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management and in Law from the University of Navarre. He joined the Higher Body of State Commercial Technicians and Economists in 2017. Prior to joining AIReF, he was a Technical Advisor at the Subdirectorate of Financial Relations with the Autonomous Regions, under the General Secretariat of Regional and Local Financing, managing, inter alia, the management of the Financing Fund for Autonomous Regions and the monitoring of indebtedness, ratings and issues of the Autonomous Regions.
