AIReF specialist on the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. In charge of developing and updating the AIReF – RTRP Monitor. In addition, he performs analyses on spending on pensions and collaborates with the AR spending models on health, education and long-term care.
Guillermo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management and Law from the University of Navarre. He joined High Service of Economists and Trade Experts in 2017. Before joining AIReF, he was a Technical Adviser at the Sub-Directorate of Financial Relations with the Autonomous Regions, part of the Secretariat-General of Regional and Local Financing, where he was responsible, among other things, for managing the Autonomous Region Financing Fund and monitoring the indebtedness, ratings and issues of the ARs. He joined the Office of the President of AIReF, Cristina Herrero, in May 2020, where he carries out support work for the President and coordination and support activities for the different divisions. In September 2024, he joined the Budget Analysis Division.
