Secretary
Pilar performs secretarial work for the Director of the Legal Affairs Division, preparing documents for meetings, organising his agenda, arranging appointments and meetings, phone calls, receiving visitors and assistance in staff management. She supports Management in administrative tasks: inventory, functioning and maintenance of furniture and works at head office, responsible for office material, the Register of Resolutions, the Official Gazette (Geiser), OSG publications, the General Archive, the Register of Invoices Received, Website, Accessibility and Transparency.
In 1979, Pilar joined the General Auxiliary Service of the State Central Administration as a career civil servant by entrance exam. She has been the assistant head of the secretary’s office of the Minister for Justice and Minister for Home Affairs, the Office Manager of the Director-General of Legal Services of the Regional Government of Madrid, the Head Secretary at the Regional Department of Social Affairs and the Coordinator of Secretaries at the General Secretariat of the Regional Government of Madrid, among other positions.
