Secretary
Celina performs administrative support work for the Evaluation Unit of the President’s Office, undertaking secretarial tasks and as an administrative assistant, including the management, registration and filing of documentation, phone calls, managing agendas and the coordination of meetings, trips, and the processing of texts and spreadsheets.
Celina has been a Central State Administration civil servant since 1985, performing her functions as a secretary at the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs, at the Standing Advisory Board of the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs, Energy and SMEs, at the Directorate-General of Sector Affairs and the Directorate of International Finance and, from 2005 to August 2020, at the General Secretariat of Regional and Local Financing of the Ministry of Finance.
