He is responsible for the analysis and monitoring of Social Security revenue and expenditure.
Rubén holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuary and Financial Sciences, a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Malaga. He is also a Bachelor in European Management from Strasbourg Business School. He passed the entrance exams to join the Higher Body of Social Security Actuaries, Statisticians and Economists in 2018. Previously, he worked on the preparation of economic reports and budgetary analysis at the General Treasury of the Social Security and, before that, as a Lecturer in Economics at the Faculty of Economic and Business Science at the Higher Technical School of Computer Engineering and at the School of Industrial Engineers of the University of Malaga. His research activity has focused on the areas of macroeconomic and predictive analysis.
