Secretary
María Asunción performs secretarial functions for the Director of the Budget Analysis Division and provides administrative support to all the members of this division. Her main duties include the management and organisation of files, both physical and computer files; preparing meetings, publications, and documentation; receiving visitors and attention to protocol, receiving and managing phone calls; the preparation for meetings and trips, accreditation of expenses, etc. She also provides administrative support as a secretary to the members of the President’s Office.
María holds a Higher Technical Diploma in Administration and Finance. She has worked for the Central State Administration since 1989 and for the Regional Government of Madrid since 1999. She also worked as a secretary at the Teacher Support Centre in Coslada, at the Sub-Directorate-General for Teacher Training of the Department of Education of the Region of Madrid, as a secretary at the Sub-Directorate-General of the Legal System, the Provision and Registration of Personnel, and then became Head Secretary at the Directorate-General of Budgets and Human Resources of the Department of the Treasury of the Regional Government of Madrid. More recently, she has worked as the assistant to the Head Secretary of the President of AIReF.
