Head of Service
José develops computer systems for the analysis of the economic-financial information of Local Governments. He is also in charge of the development and update of the Debt Monitor of the Autonomous Regions and Local Governments displayed on the AIReF website.
José holds a PhD in Science from the Autonomous University of Madrid. He belongs to the Management Service of State Systems and Computing. Before becoming a civil servant, he worked for different private companies in the development and maintenance of computer applications geared towards the financial sector, before which he primarily developed his career at the General Secretariat of Regional and Local Financing, collaborating in the development and maintenance of applications designed to capture and manage Local Government data.
