Analyst
Ricardo is responsible for analysing and monitoring the budgetary data of the Autonomous Regions.
Ricardo was awarded a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Autonomous University of Madrid. He joined the High Service of State Comptrollers and Auditors in 2012. From 2014 to 2023, he worked as Area Head of Local Governments and, subsequently, of Autonomous Regions at the General Intervention Board of the State Administration (IGAE), participating in the preparation of the economic accounts of these sub-sectors, following the ESA 2010 methodology. Previously, he held the post of Comptroller-Auditor at the Regional Intervention Board of Valencia.
