Joaquín is responsible for administrative contracts. He oversees the processing of administrative procurement dossiers, the drafting of particular administrative terms and conditions, the processing of economic management and public accounting dossiers, along with the preparation of the draft revenue and expenditure budget of AIReF and the management of revenue.
Joaquín holds a Diploma in Basic General Education. In 1990, he joined the Central State Administration, working firstly at the Ministry of Agriculture and then at the Ministry of Justice. Since 2002, and after passing the entrance exams in Management, he also worked at the Directorate-General of the Treasury and Financial Policy and the Directorate of Legal Services of the Social Security Administration.
