The Autonomous Community of Castilla y León must submit an economic-financial plan (EFP) due to non-compliance with the expenditure rule in 2025, which must be reviewed by the Independent Authority for Fiscal Responsibility, AAI (AIReF), before its approval by the Council for Fiscal and Financial Policy (CPFF).
AIReF confirms that the Castilla y León EFP includes the sections required under Article 21 of the LOEPSF (Organic Law on Budgetary Stability and Financial Sustainability), but it shows shortcomings.
