The Valencian Community must submit an economic and financial plan (PEF) due to noncompliance with the spending rule in 2025, which must be reviewed by the Independent Authority for Fiscal Responsibility (AIReF) prior to its approval by the Council for Fiscal and Financial Policy (CPFF).
The AIReF states that the Valencian Community’s PEF includes the sections required by Article 21 of the LOEPSF, but that it has shortcomings.
