Joint Report on Budget Execution, Public Debt, and the 2026 Spending Rule, and on the 2026–2027 Economic and Financial Plan of the Autonomous Community of Castilla-La Mancha

The Autonomous Community of Castilla-La Mancha must submit an economic and financial plan (PEF) due to its failure to comply with the spending rule in 2025; this plan must be reviewed by the Independent Authority for Fiscal Responsibility (AIReF) before being approved by the Council for Fiscal and Financial Policy (CPFF).

The AIReF states that the PEF of the Autonomous Community of Castilla-La Mancha includes the sections required by Article 21 of the LOEPSF, but it has shortcomings.
