The Autonomous Community of Asturias must submit an economic-financial plan (EFP) due to non-compliance with the expenditure rule in 2025, which must be reviewed by the Independent Authority for Fiscal Responsibility, AAI (AIReF), before its approval by the Council for Fiscal and Financial Policy (CPFF).
AIReF confirms that the Asturias EFP includes the sections required under Article 21 of the LOEPSF (Organic Law on Budgetary Stability and Financial Sustainability), although deficiencies are noted in its content.
