The Independent Authority for Fiscal Responsibility (AIReF) endorses the forecasts accompanying the Valencian Community’s 2026 draft budget, which presents estimates for Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth and employment for the years 2025–2028 that differ from the government’s macroeconomic scenario for the country as a whole.
In accordance with the provisions of the law establishing AIReF, the macroeconomic forecasts included in the draft budgets of all public administrations must be accompanied by a report from the institution indicating whether they have been endorsed.
