Health, social and labour market policy evaluation analyst
Carlos performs analyses for the evaluation of health, social and labour market policies.
Carlos holds a Diploma in Nursing (specialised in Geriatrics), a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, a Master’s Degree in Applied Statistics from URJC, a Master’s Degree in Public Policy Evaluation from the University of Seville and a PhD in Applied Economics from UNED. He began working at the Bank of Spain in 2019, in the field of supervision and analysis of financial institutions, and is a lecturer in Health Economics at Alfonso X University. His research career has focused on micro-econometric analysis in the fields of health economics, ageing, social policies and labour economics.
