Head of IT Services Unit
Andrés is responsible for the supervision, coordination and management of the organisation’s technological systems and services.
Andrés holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Malaga. He is a member of the High Service of Information Systems and Technologies of the State Administration. He has been both Assistant Sub-Director and Sub-Director General of the IT Sub-Directorate of the General Secretariat of Autonomous and Local Financing of the Ministry of Finance, in charge of the technological areas of the centre. Previously he worked at the Sub-Directorate General of Accounting and Control of the General Intervention of the State Administration, responsible for different computer applications.
