His work at AIReF focuses on analysing the macro-fiscal risks associated with developments in financial markets and other factors affecting the sustainability of public finances. He is also responsible for drafting technical reports with implications for public finances.
He holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a Master’s degree in International Business Management from ICEX-CECO. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Autonomous University of Madrid. He has been a member of the State Corps of Commercial Diplomats since 2021. Since joining the civil service, he has pursued his professional career in the Sub-Directorate-General for Public Debt Management, which forms part of the Public Treasury (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Enterprise), until joining AIReF in 2026.
